Professional Chef Andrew Taylor joins Tu Casa with thirty plus years of hotel, restaurant, catering, and teaching experience. Chicago-born Taylor got his first taste of the dream in his home town before a career-changing move to Dallas Texas as sous chef of one of the top restaurants in America; The Mansion on Turtle Creek. His exceptional culinary experience eventually lead him to Toronto’s Sequioa, The Senator, and Cambridge’s Langdon Hall, to name just a few. Over the years his specialties eventually spanned to include North American, Southwestern, French, and Asian Fusian Cuisine. Go fresh, go local, be creative.
